David Doolabi

Founder & CEO

As the Founder & CEO of MEHA, he is focused on developing advanced equipment that helps healthcare providers, wellness centers, recovery facilities, and individuals access innovative technologies designed to support better health and performance.

Throughout his career, David has worked alongside physicians, scientists, medical professionals, manufacturers, and internationally recognized laboratories to identify emerging technologies and translate them into practical, high-quality solutions.

Under his leadership, MEHA designs and manufactures advanced medical and wellness equipment, including hyperbaric oxygen chambers, infrared light therapy systems, hydrogen therapy equipment, body composition analyzers, shockwave therapy devices, and other innovative technologies for clinics, healthcare professionals, wellness centers, and performance facilities.

David’s approach combines science, engineering, thoughtful product design, and real-world clinical application. His goal is to ensure that MEHA equipment is not only technologically advanced, but also reliable, intuitive, scalable, and designed around the needs of the professionals and organizations using it every day.

David’s vision for MEHA is simple: make advanced health technology more accessible, more effective, and easier to integrate into modern healthcare and wellness environments.

I have dedicated my life to helping others and to most importantly “do no harm,” by properly weighing the risks and benefits of any medical treatment or procedure. Part of my passion for regenerative medicine stems from the fact that I am not only a physician, but have been a patient as well. I have suffered from a torn meniscus (cartilage) and ligaments in my knees, slipped and ruptured discs in my neck and back, osteoarthritis, and most recently kidney failure. Regenerative medicine treatments offered by my clinics in the US, along with the groundbreaking treatments offered by my friend Dr. Neil Riordan, has restored my quality of life and further fueled my passion to help others. When seeking a provider-business I believe it adds a great deal of value for the doctors involved to understand not only the scope and breadth of the treatments, but to have first-hand experience of their benefits.

Diana Diaz is a seasoned sales and business development professional with more than 15 years of experience building relationships, expanding markets, and helping companies grow through strategic partnerships and customer-focused solutions.

At MEHA, Diana plays a key role in connecting healthcare providers, wellness centers, recovery facilities, and business partners with advanced medical and wellness technologies designed to support better health, performance, and longevity.

Her background in sales and business development gives her a strong understanding of how to identify client needs, develop long-term partnerships, and guide organizations toward solutions that align with their operational and growth goals.

Diana is passionate about making innovative health technology more accessible while creating lasting relationships with the professionals and organizations MEHA serves. Through a combination of industry knowledge, communication, and strategic development, she helps expand MEHA’s presence and bring its growing portfolio of advanced equipment to new markets.

Her focus is simple: build strong partnerships, create meaningful opportunities, and help bring next-generation wellness technology to more people and organizations.

Velvet Benami

Director of Operations

Velvet Benami is a distinguished medical esthetician and wellness professional with over two decades of experience in hospitality and client experience. Since 2014, she has specialized in skin health, anti-aging, and longevity, curating a refined approach that blends advanced aesthetics with a holistic philosophy of beauty and well-being. A former fitness model, Velvet
embodies discipline, balance, and a deep understanding of the human body. Her passion for regenerative therapies was shaped early on by her father, a wrestler ahead of his time who explored innovative wellness practices such as red light therapy. This foundation led her to develop a strong belief in peptides, cellular health, and the power of achieving beauty from within. As Director of Operations at NEIOS Center for Longevity, Velvet is dedicated to delivering an elevated, results-driven experience where luxury, science, and personalized care come together seamlessly.
